Industrial spare parts procurement for Japan
DEAVA assists Japanese industrial buyers with enquiries for parts fitted to German and European machinery. A full component reference, photographs and a clear description of the installation help prevent mistakes when sourcing across languages and time zones.

Automation, drives and European machine components
Machinery is an important part of EU exports to Japan. DEAVA's sourcing approach starts with the installed European equipment and the exact replacement requirement, without assuming that every export variant has the same specification.
Identify the installed component
For electrical and automation equipment, record the actual site voltage and frequency, firmware version, interface and connector arrangement. For complete assemblies, distinguish the machine-builder reference from the component manufacturer's number.
Plan the delivery and documents
Provide the importing entity, receiving address, broker contact if applicable and required document language. Identify any local approval required for the intended use. Transport costs, import responsibilities and document scope are confirmed in the quotation.
Prepare one clear enquiry
Send the manufacturer, full part number, quantity, equipment model and photographs of the nameplate. Add your company details, end-use, receiving site and required date. DEAVA checks identification and sourcing options before confirming scope, availability and delivery terms.
Relevant manufacturer guides
Brand links help identify product families; they do not establish stock, interchangeability or authorised dealership status.
Transaction-specific review
An enquiry is subject to checks of the goods, recipient, end-user, intended use and delivery route. Export controls and applicable sanctions are reviewed before an offer or shipment is confirmed. Listing a destination does not mean that every component can be supplied there.
