Complete pump, seal kit or another component: a part number and drawing position distinguish the required scope.

Valves and actuation

Valve body, actuator and control head may carry different references. Document every component you need.

Seals and process connections

Dimensions alone are insufficient: material, connection design and operating medium need clarification.

Information to include in your enquiry

  • Manufacturer, complete type code, serial number and required position
  • Medium, temperature, operating pressure and required performance
  • Connection size and type, material, seal and actuator
  • Required documents, quantity, delivery location and preferred date

  1. Collect part references and operating conditions. Clearly identify any unknown information.
  2. State quantities, documents and delivery priorities; email photographs or item lists.
  3. Agree the quotation, technical approval and delivery terms before placing an order.

Is the connection size enough to identify the part?

No. Different materials, seals and actuators can share a connection size. Include the nameplate and application, and explicitly mark information that is not known.
