Even within one series, knives, die plates and cooling depend on execution. Underwater pelletiser family; UW 50 DEP uses thermal-oil die heating and UW 50 E DEP uses electric die heating.

Attach the cutting-unit plate, serial number and drawing revision. Describe polymer, fillers, melt temperature and required pellet shape. A die plate needs its hole pattern, sealing faces, heating method and connection dimensions; knives require geometry and holder execution. Identify thermal-oil and electric heating separately. Record water flow, filters, heat exchanger and centrifuge against installed assemblies. Copy existing pump and drive markings. Model digits are not a reliable throughput specification. Technical review must confirm the actual extruder interface. Photographs, parts-list positions and quantities help identify the requested components.
