FARÈ Spare parts & components

FARÈ builds extrusion equipment for synthetic fibres and nonwovens. One-step staple-fibre lines link polymer processing to fibre production, while meltblown lines form a web from fine filaments. The line configuration determines spin packs, airflow and downstream assemblies. The FARÉ spelling received in earlier enquiries refers to this same brand rather than a separate manufacturer.

Send the nameplate, configuration and quantity. Availability, price and lead time are checked for your enquiry.

Product examples and manufacturer references

These references help identify the requested item. They are not a stock feed or a popularity ranking. Similar products are not automatically interchangeable.

Technical selection

Record the line order and serial numbers, polymer grade and required fibre or web format. Spin-pack enquiries need drawing number, hole pattern, sealing faces and filter arrangement. Melt pumps require the existing identification, displacement and connection geometry; obtain process pressure and temperature from the line documents. Identify the screw, heater zone and sensor position precisely. For meltblown also describe beam count, die width, air supply, cooling and take-off system. Specify winders and bonding equipment by their actual interfaces. Published ranges cover different line configurations and do not form a combined performance promise. Add assembly photographs, material requirements and quantity to support technical review of the enquiry.

What happens next

DEAVA reviews the reference and clarifies any missing configuration details. Sourcing options and a quotation follow that review. Any proposed alternative requires your technical approval.
