State range, chamber size, serial number and drawing position. Document the rotor pair by geometry, shaft interface and material, and chamber liners by segment position. Identify seals and wear parts using installation dimensions and revision. Record ram and discharge assemblies with actuation type and hydraulic circuit position. Add cooling connections and medium, plus motor type, gearbox and ratio for drives. Disclose retrofits and rotor changes; equal chamber size does not mean identical replacement parts.
