Provide line family, serial number, year and layer count. Identify each extruder by screw diameter, L/D and its own designation. Distinguish cast-film chill rolls from blown-film cooling rings using their drawings. For winding components state core size, shaft interface, drive and web-guidance arrangement; for measuring systems state sensing principle and range. Document heater zone, voltage and power, plus control hardware and software versions. Include retrofits and any different identifiers on individual line assemblies.
