State plant type, serial number, year and documentation revision. For MRC systems record extruder execution, screw marking, head connection, roller dimensions and motion drive. Identify temperature sensors and heaters using markings, range, power and connections. For autoclaves document the plate, permitted operating conditions, heating medium and door-lock design. Door seals need a profile drawing, material and installed dimensions; valves also need pressure class and process medium. Identify existing controllers, valves and safety devices by circuit position. Changes to a pressure vessel or safety system require separate technical assessment. Include photographs and quantity. Specifications and controls from older brochures must be checked against the actual plant revision.
