State furnace type, serial number, year and the affected zone. Document heating method, temperature setpoint and installed controller. For conveyor parts record belt width, pitch, wire diameter, material and joint; include drive side, shaft and gearbox identification. Temperature probes require sensor type, sheath material, insertion length and wiring. For burner components attach the complete device marking and existing documentation. Do not equate a decoration furnace with an annealing installation. Changes to combustion, protective functions or temperature control require the installation documentation. Photographs and drawing positions help distinguish custom equipment.
