Fermac Spare parts & components

Fermac of Parma designs and builds equipment for decorating hollow glass containers. Depending on the machine configuration, its programme combines screen printing, digital printing and foil decoration. Linear Flex systems and rotary machines differ in object transport, station arrangement and access. Spare-part identification therefore requires the machine series, container holder and installed printing process together; matching colour output does not imply matching mechanical execution.

Product examples and manufacturer references

These references help identify the requested item. They are not a stock feed or a popularity ranking. Similar products are not automatically interchangeable.

Technical selection

Provide machine model, serial number and station position. Include a container drawing showing diameter, height and decoration area, plus the existing holder. Distinguish screen, inkjet and foil stations and identify the installed ink and curing technology. Colour count, holders and station sequence affect the execution; published maximum speeds do not apply to every combination. For printheads, drives and sensors include existing markings and connection drawings. Check holders, centring and transport handovers together when changing format. Select replacement parts against the actual bill of materials because one series can cover different equipment levels. Photographs and drawing revision support a precise enquiry.
