Cugher Glass Spare parts & components
Cugher Glass designs and manufactures flat-glass screen-printing lines together with drying and handling equipment. The G series uses shuttle transport with centring outside the printing table; the J series centres the glass on the table. These different handling arrangements matter when identifying suction cups, belts, stops and drives.

Provide series, complete model, serial number and printing format. Squeegees and flood bars require profile, length, material and holder drawing. Identify suction cups by diameter, lip geometry, connection and contact material; belts by profile and length. Centring units need mounting position and sensor identifier. For dryers separately specify IR, UV or combined configuration, lamp marking and connection. Add glass thickness, ink type and retrofitted vision equipment. Compare G- and J-series parts against the actual construction.
