Vericut / CGTech Spare parts & components

Vericut develops software for simulating and checking CNC machining programmes. CGTech announced its rebranding to Vericut in 2024, and the earlier name remains available for search. The offering supports assessment of machine motion, material removal and machining parameters. Simulation results depend on correctly configured machine, tooling and workholding models.

Send the nameplate, configuration and quantity. Availability, price and lead time are checked for your enquiry.

Product examples and supplier references

These references help identify the requested item. They are not a stock feed or a popularity ranking. Similar products are not automatically interchangeable.

Technical selection

Specify the installed software version, licensed modules and intended application. Document machine type, controller, axis kinematics, special cycles and relevant postprocessor version. Supply an example programme together with stock, target geometry, tools and fixtures. For optimization describe workpiece material, cutting material, engagement conditions, permissible forces and spindle power. Do not include passwords or licence keys in an initial enquiry. Assess interfaces against the installed CAD/CAM release. Simulation does not replace approval of the physical machine sequence. Before using revised programmes, reconcile model assumptions, clearances and the workshop validation procedure.
