For sheet metal state material, thickness, sheet format and cutting or punching process. For tubes describe cross-section, wall thickness, clamping areas and available axes. A released sample file with its format and units helps assess the task. Specify ERP or MES integration through data fields and transfer sequence. Document existing programming rules, tool libraries and the requested changes. Keep licence keys and access credentials out of general enquiries. A family name alone does not confirm a validated machine connection.
