Attach system number, station name, layout and drawing position. Document product size, weight and travel direction. Identify belts by profile, width, length and contact surface, and rollers by diameter, axle and bearings. For LM09 also identify camera, lighting and servo drive. Side-grip belts need belt spacing and contact material. Match sensors by output and connector, motors by nameplate and ratio. Distinguish painted and stainless versions and cleaning conditions. A matching conveyor width does not establish interchangeable belt or control components; use the bill of materials and installed configuration.
