Send an enquiry ↗Jonge Poerink Conveyors designs and manufactures curved and spiral conveyors for internal unit-load handling. Its equipment uses different belt and frame configurations. A replacement enquiry should identify the conveyor layout and geometry: a horizontal curve and a spiral that changes elevation require precise identification of their belt sections, guides and drives.
Send the nameplate, configuration and quantity. Availability, price and lead time are checked for your enquiry.

Send an enquiry ↗Include serial number, type and layout drawing. Record belt width, inner radius, curve angle and travel direction; for spirals add pitch and inlet/outlet heights. Identify belt modules by pitch, material, connecting pin and an underside photograph. Sprockets need tooth count, bore and hub dimensions; guide rollers need axle and running profile. Identify the gearmotor by its full nameplate and mounting position. Puma Curve, Lite and Compact are different versions. Food-contact suitability, chemical resistance and explosion protection require documentation for the actual configuration.
