Provide project identifier, installation serial number and a layout marking the station. State conveyed product, pallet dimensions, load and conveying height. Describe rollers, chains and belts by dimensions, pitch and material; identify drive and gearbox separately. For robot cells document robot manufacturer, model, controller and tool flange. Grippers need a drawing, payload, actuation method and connection data. Add PLC revision, sensors and interfaces to neighbouring equipment. Gripper or sequence changes may require assessment of the complete cell. Include photographs, bill-of-materials position and quantity. Handling the same product does not establish component interchangeability between projects.
