HAHN Automation Group / GeKu Spare parts & components

HAHN Automation Group develops and builds assembly and testing equipment. Its Diepenau site, formerly GeKu Automatisierungssysteme, contributes expertise in plastics processing. The cell platforms shown here belong to the group range. For replacement parts, the actual machine project, station and installed components determine identification; a platform name does not replace a bill of materials.

Product examples and manufacturer references

These references help identify the requested item. They are not a stock feed or a popularity ranking. Similar products are not automatically interchangeable.

Technical selection

Provide project and machine numbers, year and station designation. For grippers or work carriers add drawing position, stroke, mounting and workpiece geometry. Servo axes need motor and drive identification, transmission ratio, encoder and connector details. Test equipment requires the measured variable, range, signal and installed evaluation unit. PLC type, software revision and fieldbus help identify electrical assemblies. Assess guards and safety functions separately against the machine documentation. Include photographs, bill-of-materials position and quantity. MasterCell and LeanCell describe machine concepts rather than universal spare-part sets. Similar cells can contain different suppliers and revisions, making complete installed-component markings essential.

DEAVA reviews the reference and clarifies any missing configuration details. Sourcing options and a quotation follow that review. Any proposed alternative requires your technical approval.
