State machine model, serial number, year and the affected module position. Explain bag width, length, bottom shape and paper feed direction using a drawing. Add paper grammage, coating and installed web width. For rollers document diameter, working width, surface and shaft ends. Forming tools require installed position and format-set identification. For servo drives attach motor and controller plates and encoder connections. Identify knives by cutting geometry and mounting dimensions. Paper properties affect the process, so a general machine name is insufficient for parts identification. Photographs of the installed assembly, parts-list position and quantity support further clarification.
