Send an enquiry ↗Laserpin designs and manufactures equipment for processing moving material webs, including microperforation, punching, cutting and other converting processes. Cold needle perforation and heated perforation impose different demands on rollers, bearings and temperature control. Older Miatex designations may also help identify installed units.

Heated microperforation unit model, formerly Thermoperf; identify its electrical configuration separately.
Send an enquiry ↗State unit, serial number, working width and available drawing. Identify needle cylinders by diameter, bore, pitch, needle pattern and axial retention. Counter rollers require dimensions, surface and material. For heated assemblies document voltage, power, heated length, sensor and lead arrangement. Add web material, thickness, perforation pattern and operating conditions. TBI10 is a cold unit and H100 a heated unit, so width alone is insufficient. Check historical designations such as MF85 or Thermoperf against the plate. Machine models are not universal replacement-part numbers.
