IPM Spare parts & components
IPM in Lugo designs and manufactures machinery for plastic pipe and profile extrusion lines. Its programme includes pipe-end processing and downstream packaging equipment. An INJ socketing system performs a different task from an IPAL/G palletiser. A spare-part enquiry therefore needs the station, pipe geometry and installed machine model; sharing a pipe diameter does not identify the assembly.

Automatic pipe palletisers; documented types collectively cover 63–800 mm, with lengths up to 6 m for PVC and 12 m for PE.

Provide machine model, serial number and station within the extrusion line. Document pipe material, outside diameter, wall construction, length and socket geometry. For INJ equipment identify tooling, injection unit and transfer from the extruder or corrugator. For palletisers state stacking pattern, pipe weight, gripper, socket-end orientation and conveyor height. Identify pneumatics, sensors and drives using diagrams and markings. Published size ranges are distributed across several machine types, so a shared series name does not confirm identical format parts. Drawings, photographs and software revision support identification. Changes in pipe format or line speed need separate assessment.
