Provide model, serial number, year and line drawing. Distinguish pipe inside and outside diameter explicitly, and add corrugation pitch, wall construction and polymer. Identify mould blocks by pair count, pitch, mounting and existing markings. Describe vacuum connection, cooling passages and seals with drawings. Drive components need motor, gearbox and encoder data plus the affected machine side. Document cooling-water supply and return, temperature conditions and extrusion-head interface. Haul-off and cooling-tank equipment may also matter for identification. Include photographs, parts-list position and quantity. A corrugator’s maximum mechanical speed is not a throughput commitment for a complete pipe line.
