Intermato Spare parts & components
Intermato is an Alpine Metal Tech brand for vertical CNC machining equipment and automation, including aluminium-wheel applications. Official product descriptions also use the name IMT Intermato. The range separates wheel machining from larger turning and milling tasks. Workholding, table and turret arrangement must therefore be established from the actual machine before identifying components.

Give model, serial number, year and machining station. Record table or chuck diameter and include a workpiece drawing. For workholding components identify hydraulic connections, jaw guides, stroke and existing part markings. On JW machines distinguish turret count, axes and whether a pallet changer is fitted. Document spindle motor, drive, encoder and cooling together when requesting spindle-drive components. Tool interfaces and driven tools require separate identification. Automated cells also need gripper details, transfer position and control interface. Add photographs, parts-list position and quantity. A family designation does not replace checking machine options; equal wheel diameters alone do not establish interchangeability of clamping or handling parts.
