Include machine number, year and current drawing revision. For table drives record gearbox and motor identifiers, ratio and interface dimensions. Document axis, travel, orientation and lubrication connections for guides, ball screws and spindles. Identify toolholders by the installed interface. Control modules need hardware, firmware and parameter versions. After a retrofit, the original machine plate and current bill of materials may differ, so include the modification documents.
