Record mould number, hot-runner drawing and complete nozzle designation. Describe the polymer, processing temperature and number of gates. For valve gating state actuator type, pin stroke and installed controller; do not combine specifications from different generations. For heaters document voltage, power, dimensions and cable routing. Check thermocouple type, polarity and connector pinout against the circuit diagram. Controller selection depends on the number and load of the zones actually connected. A series name alone does not identify a suitable replacement assembly or establish interchangeability. Marking photographs and the bill-of-materials position support a focused enquiry.
