Mould inserts and assembly fixtures are project-specific. Replacement parts require mould number, cavity and revision; naming the plastic article being produced does not by itself identify a suitable tooling component.

State the GEFIT project, mould number and current drawing revision. Document cavity number, polymer and article geometry, especially threads, hinges and sealing surfaces. Record insert dimensions and existing material specifications; do not treat worn dimensions as nominal values without checking. Identify hot-runner parts from the installed system, connection and heater rating. Cooling circuits and ejector positions need a traceable drawing. For assembly machines also identify station, fixture and process function. The product families below are not stock items or complete order codes. Include photographs, quantity and the required spare-part position; modifications need technical approval for the existing mould and process.
