Give machine brand, model, serial number and year, including where older documentation says IMS Deltamatic. State material type, thickness, web width and roll diameter. For knives record cutting method, diameter, bore, slit width and holder execution. Winding shafts or chucks need core diameter and a connection drawing. Describe tension-measuring rollers, sensors and drives by measurement range and electrical interface. Document guide-roller coating and surface for the application. Add controller revision and the installed option list. Include photographs, parts-list position and quantity. Optical-film line data must not be transferred to machinery for multilayer packaging materials.
