Record nameplate, serial number, production year and exact clamping or injection unit. Distinguish the material and installed dosing arrangement, especially solid rubber, solid silicone and liquid silicone. Take mould height, platen dimensions, opening stroke and required injection volume from the machine specification. For heating, sensors and drives include connection diagrams, supply and signal type. Options such as additional plates or a second pump group are not installed on every machine. Series ratings describe different executions and cannot be combined arbitrarily. Software revision, hydraulic diagram and drawing position support identification. Tooling or process changes require a separate technical assessment.
