Kautex Maschinenbau Spare parts & components

Kautex Maschinenbau System GmbH develops extrusion blow-moulding machinery and identifies itself today as part of the Jwell Group. Its machine programme covers packaging containers and technical hollow parts using different extrusion and clamping concepts. KBB and KBS denote different machine series. Replacement identification depends on the actual clamping unit, extrusion head and automation; a similarly sized mould is insufficient identification.

Technical selection

Provide series, full machine type, serial number and production year. For extrusion components document polymer, layer structure, installed head and screw execution. Take platen dimensions, mould thickness, stroke and permitted clamping force from the machine documentation. Include automation, take-out arrangement and existing cooling and compressed-air connections. A series covers several sizes and equipment levels; maximum layer count or container volume is not a general performance commitment. For heaters, sensors and drives also record markings, voltage and signal. Older and modernised machines can have different control revisions. Check drawing revision and the existing replacement reference before specifying an execution.

What happens next

DEAVA reviews the reference and clarifies any missing configuration details. Sourcing options and a quotation follow that review. Any proposed alternative requires your technical approval.
