Send model, serial number, year and a nameplate photograph. Identify blades by diameter, bore, hub, edge shape and corresponding cover. Include carriage execution and product support; model variants can use different feeding arrangements. For conveyor machines document belt width, length, surface and drive interface. Take supply voltage, phases and motor identification from the machine. Slice-thickness ranges are machine parameters, not order numbers. Match sharpening assemblies and guards to the intended combination. Consider food contact and cleaning agents when identifying materials. Add photographs, drawing position and quantity; a repair must preserve the protective functions.
