State model, serial number, supply voltage and installed configuration. Identify circular blades by measured outside diameter, bore, mounting and edge shape. For mincers document cutting system, plate diameter, hole size and drive profile; photograph the worm and housing. Seals need installation dimensions and material details. State food-contact and cleaning-agent requirements. Unclear catalogue dimensions are not replacement approval: confirm measurements and markings on the existing component.
