For the knife, feed roller and presser foot document the installed geometry with photographs and drawing positions. Record the grinding wheel, infeed arrangement and extraction connection as well. An NG family designation does not determine knife dimensions or electrical configuration. For drives provide supply, connector pinout and control revision. Identify wear parts by part reference or drawing and cross-check dimensions. Published working ranges are machine data, not a promise for every material and feed combination.
