Ergomec Spare parts & components

Ergomec engineers and manufactures bulk-material processing and supply systems for plastics, food, chemical and other industrial plants. Its current manufacturer presentation identifies pneumatic conveying, dosing, blending and customised installations. These systems cannot be specified by a throughput figure alone: material properties, conveying route and transfer points jointly determine the technical design and the identification of replacement components.

Product examples and manufacturer references

These references help identify the requested item. They are not a stock feed or a popularity ranking. Similar products are not automatically interchangeable.

Technical selection

Provide installation identification, flow diagram and required task. Document bulk density, particle-size distribution, moisture, flow behaviour and abrasiveness. Conveying distance, elevation changes, pipe diameter, bends and available air supply belong in the design brief. For dosing and mixing state recipe, batch size, throughput and required accuracy separately. Describe contact materials, cleaning method and existing dust controls from the plant documentation. An industry listing does not establish suitability for explosive atmospheres or a particular hygiene requirement. For replacement components record location, flange dimensions, drive and sensors. Original drawings and photographs help distinguish custom executions from similar-looking standard components.

What happens next

DEAVA reviews the reference and clarifies any missing configuration details. Sourcing options and a quotation follow that review. Any proposed alternative requires your technical approval.
