Provide the VMX or HMX designation, size, serial number and drawing revision. Identify the mixing shaft and ribbons by outline, clearances, rotation and mounting. Record bearing and seal positions with shaft diameter and environmental conditions. Gearmotors require ratio, flange, shaft and brake details; discharge valves need connection and actuator identification. Add bulk density, particle size, abrasiveness and cleaning requirements. Do not convert litres into kilograms without material data. Explosion-protection and hygiene configurations must match the documentation of the installed system.
