BEcoat WB 100
Model / series
Water-based coating grade with 25% boron nitride; described for ceramic substrates and diluted to suit the application.
Send an enquiry ↗Eredi Scabini produces monolithic refractories and preformed components for equipment exposed to high temperatures. Its range includes boron nitride coatings for molten-metal contact. Selection needs to consider substrate, melt and application process together. Different BEcoat grades should therefore be identified by their complete designation and technical data sheet, rather than by the product family alone.
Send the nameplate, configuration and quantity. Availability, price and lead time are checked for your enquiry.

For coatings distinguish concentrate from ready-to-use suspension; do not transfer dilution or application instructions between grades. Describe quantity, packaging and coated surface area. Preformed parts need drawings, tolerances and mating surfaces. Wear pattern, thermal cycling and existing lining help assess a material change. Maximum material temperature and permitted application temperature are different specifications. Check the current technical sheet, safety data sheet, storage conditions and drying instructions for the actual grade before use.
Manufacturer documentation ↗DEAVA reviews the reference and clarifies any missing configuration details. Sourcing options and a quotation follow that review. Any proposed alternative requires your technical approval.
