Provide equipment number, drawing and design documentation. For each side of a heat exchanger specify fluid, inlet and outlet temperatures, mass flow, design pressure and allowable pressure drop separately. Record material grade, corrosion allowance, connection standard and sealing faces. A replacement tube bundle requires tube diameter, pitch, length, tubesheet details and installation clearance. For vessels add volume, orientation, nozzle schedule and load cases. Agree required inspections and documentation with the project; mentioning a design code does not certify every configuration. Assess changes to existing pressure equipment against its full documentation, not external dimensions alone.
