Identify machine type, year, serial number and assembly position. Distinguish finished box dimensions from paperboard and cover-paper blank sizes. Material thickness, surface coating, adhesive type and working temperature matter when selecting rollers and glue-application parts. For suction cups and belts record connection, material, profile and installed length. Identify format tooling from drawings and machine configuration. Drives require motor, controller and software details. Account for manual wrapping downstream of MC118; E450 HS is an automatic line. Published dimensional ranges do not replace checking the full combination of box, blank and tooling.
