Provide serial number, model suffix and station layout. Photograph dimensions, ratings, temperature sensors and cable connections for heating and sealing parts. Describe film structure, thickness, print, bag width and feed length. Identify knives and punching tools using drawings, mounting details and cutting contours. Core diameter, tension control and unwinder execution affect film handling. Wicket machines need hole pattern and collection-arm details; pouch machines need identification of installed valve, zipper or laser modules. Mechanical strokes without film are not material-processing output. Achievable production rate also depends on sealing time, film properties and accessories.
