Provide the machine model, serial number and tool drawing together. Profile, material, hardness, pilot bore and cutting length define the broaching task. Cutting force, stroke, total tool length and pull-end geometry must agree; matching profile names alone are insufficient. For RISHEM identify the electromechanical drive and moving workpiece fixture; for RISZ identify the hydraulic pulling arrangement. Requests for drive components need motor and controller markings plus software versions. Include coolant, filtration, chip removal and lubrication details.
