Record model, serial number, software version and gripper execution. Document load mass, centre of gravity, cart wheels and rolling resistance, or pallet geometry. Provide route, floor joints, gradients, aisle width and transfer positions. Nominal towing capacity does not automatically apply to every floor and caster combination. Shift pattern, charging windows and installed charger determine energy requirements. Identify wheel dimensions, battery type and sensor version from the parts list. Verify the fleet-controller interface, protocol version and mission logic; a shared standard name does not establish direct integration. Changes to load handling or protective fields require review of the complete transport operation.
