Provide robot model, serial number, controller and software version. Record tool mass including gripper, workpiece mass, centre of gravity and inertia separately. Check reach against the actual path and mounting position. Repeatability is not the same as absolute positioning accuracy. Document flange, electrical tool interface, media routing and available inputs and outputs. Joint or cable replacement needs an assembly drawing and position number. For modifications also account for guarding, safe speeds and existing cell validation; the term cobot does not establish the safety of a complete application.
