Identify rolls and spacers by station, shaft and installation direction; visual similarity is insufficient evidence for replacement. For interchangeable cassettes record coupling, locating features and fastening. For punch tooling give hole pattern, tolerances, material condition and position before or after forming. Add hydraulic pressure, sensors and control interfaces from the actual line documentation. Describe the required speed and changeover frequency rather than deriving a cycle rate from the general system name.
