Dimeco manufactures press-feeding and flexible coil-fed production systems. Uncoilers, straighteners and feeders are combined into a line matched to the material being processed. Maintenance enquiries need the identifier of each affected station. A line name alone does not specify an individual straightening roll, feed drive or control component.

Straighteners as a separate module of a coil-feed line; select rolls and drives by drawing.

Provide line order number, station model, serial number and strip direction. Rolls need diameter, working width, surface, journals and installation position. Uncoilers require expansion range, brake arrangement and installed hydraulics. Feed drives need motor, gearbox, encoder and control version. Strip width, thickness, material and strength help assess the application but are not order codes. For integrated punching, cutting or packing stations include their own plates and drawing revisions; a retrofit may change component identification.
