State equipment identification, drawing and year. Load weight, centre of gravity, dimensions and support surfaces are needed together; platform size alone does not define load capacity. For rolling platforms document wheels, floor condition, towing coupling, brakes and required movement. For lifting tables record closed height, stroke, load guidance and drive. For rotating or tilting fixtures describe travel, locking and operator side. A motorised movement aid or indexing station is relevant only where fitted. Photographs of the loaded fixture and existing parts drawings support identification. Changes to load support or drive require assessment of the complete unit.
