Provide vehicle type, serial number, year, rated load and rack drawing. Load centre, rack supports, clear pickup width and lift travel matter for lifting and clamping components. For wheels record diameter, width, tread and bearing arrangement. Electric, diesel and gas executions require the actual motor, engine or battery identification. Document controller, sensors, brakes and hydraulic manifold using part markings and circuit positions. Add floor conditions and indoor or outdoor use. Include photographs and quantity. Adaptation to different racks or a higher load requires assessment of the complete vehicle; platform size or series designation alone does not approve a load capacity.
