Provide project and system numbers and the instrument tag from the P&ID. Valves require nominal size, connection standard, actuator and seal material; pumps require their full manufacturer plate and mechanical-seal configuration. Analysers need measured variable, range, process connection and electronics revision. Add CIP medium, temperature and contact materials. Identify third-party components from their own plates. Part identification does not replace process design or prove any particular degassing or hygienic performance.
