Record nameplate, serial number, connection standard and impeller diameter. For mechanical seals, distinguish single, flushed and double arrangements and identify face materials and elastomers. Include cleaning medium, CIP/SIP temperature and installed flush connections. A replacement must preserve the required hygienic configuration. The series name is not a complete order number for an impeller or seal kit.
