BluePrint Automation Spare parts & components

BluePrint Automation designs and manufactures systems that pack bags and other products into cases or trays. Its range includes robotic case packers and case-forming equipment. A parts enquiry should identify the product feeder, gripping tool and case format together, since the installation is configured for a particular packing task.

Send the nameplate, configuration and quantity. Availability, price and lead time are checked for your enquiry.

Product examples and manufacturer references

These references help identify the requested item. They are not a stock feed or a popularity ranking. Similar products are not automatically interchangeable.

Technical selection

Provide the complete machine designation, serial number and project number. On SPIDER distinguish the robot, collation conveyor and any integrated case erector. Describe gripper mounting, suction-cup layout and product dimensions. Identify belts by width, length, profile and installed position. For RS-CREATE include version 43 or 64 and the carton blank drawing. Photograph labels and connectors on sensors, encoders and drives, and add the installed control revision. A series name does not uniquely identify a spare part.

What happens next

DEAVA reviews the reference and clarifies any missing configuration details. Sourcing options and a quotation follow that review. Any proposed alternative requires your technical approval.
