Provide the complete model including suffixes, serial number and year. Document box type, blank drawing and internal dimensions. Identify forming mandrels, guides and stops by position number and dimensions. Specify suction cups by shape, diameter, thread and material, identifying venturi and valve assemblies separately. For hot-melt equipment state the installed equipment maker, hose, nozzle and electrical data. Include normal or mirrored layout and later modifications. Q-1800 and Q-1800/P do not have interchangeable parts merely because their names are similar.
