Send the machine type, serial number, build year and spare-parts drawing position. Describe polymer, feed form and process stage. For washer components document screen geometry, perforation, rotor position and material. Record seal dimensions and media contact; identify drives by nameplate and ratio. For extruders specify screw and barrel configuration plus heating and measuring zones. The rated output of a complete line is not an ordering code for its components.
