Provide complete type, size, serial number and parts-list position. Describe the screen pack by diameter, thickness, mesh construction and material, and the breaker plate by hole pattern and mounting. Distinguish heaters by zone, geometry, voltage and power; specify thermocouple type and insertion length. Record hydraulic-cylinder stroke, mounting and ports. Add polymer, documented pressure and temperature range and interfaces to the extrusion line. The limits of the actual installed configuration govern selection.
