Provide equipment number, process diagram and year, marking the component required. For seals document material, dimensions, food contact and cleaning chemicals. For agitators record shaft dimensions, bearing arrangement, rotation direction and gearbox type. Temperature sensors require range, connection and insertion length. Identify valves by nominal size, connection standard, body arrangement and actuator. For pasteurisers state heat-exchanger construction and actual duty point; plant throughput alone is insufficient. Assess changes to temperature monitoring or diversion valves against approved process and protective functions. Photographs of markings and an up-to-date parts list support identification.
